Man, I have not been keeping up with my training posts. For your wonderful reference, here’s where I’ll be training boot camp this month:
I’m also excited to be adding a new couple to my personal training schedule. They are wonderfully encouraging of each other and I cannot wait to see how they progress.
As for my own workout developments, my new kickboxing gym, CKO Kickboxing, opens next week and I can’t wait to get in there. It’s been a long time coming for them to open their space and I hope the wait was worth it. In the meantime, I am back on a regular workout schedule. Working out with a purpose and a plan is the only way to get the results you want. Plus, it makes it so much harder to skip the gym. 🙂 After this morning’s session, I won’t be able to move my arms tomorrow.
